These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 565bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with the use of the website located at 565bet.onl and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through it.

By registering a 565bet account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service provided by 565bet.

To access the full range of 565bet services, you must register a player account. Registration is free. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold a 565bet account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 565bet is strictly an adult platform. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited.
• You are registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 565bet, nor are you a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not been self-excluded from any gambling platform, including 565bet itself, under an active self-exclusion agreement. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
• You are depositing and wagering your own funds. The use of funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud is strictly prohibited.

565bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

All financial transactions on 565bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 565bet does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion. All account balances are displayed in BDT.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and accounts held at major Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time without advance notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 565bet account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 565bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 565bet bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements in force at the time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. 565bet reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where enhanced due diligence checks are required.

Refused or reversed transactions: 565bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 565bet may freeze the relevant account balance pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

From time to time, 565bet offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Each promotional offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times through any means constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer details. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. If the requirement is not completed by the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

• Misuse of bonuses, including but not limited to matched betting against 565bet offers using multiple accounts, use of betting software, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

565bet is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure betting and gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the platform. Any winnings arising from a technical error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Colluding with other players to achieve an advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Placing bets with the intention of exploiting promotional offers in a manner not intended by 565bet, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Conducting any action that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the security or integrity of the 565bet platform or its infrastructure.

565bet monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 565bet will act swiftly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of honest players.

All content on the 565bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game content — is the property of 565bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 565bet.

Game titles, software, and RNG systems are provided under licence from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.

565bet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.

• 565bet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

• Our total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

565bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment providers.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or longer.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 565bet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 565bet operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific claims regarding regulatory jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 565bet, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and amicably at this level. 565bet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 565bet with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

565bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 565bet.
